Job Summary: Professional responsible for mapping and reviewing internal processes, developing flowcharts, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), checklists, and action plans—identifying improvements and promoting integration and a culture of continuous improvement. Developing preventive and corrective action plans * Map and review internal processes; * Develop flowcharts, SOPs, and operational checklists; * Identify failures and opportunities for improvement; * Implement performance controls and indicators (KPIs); * Manage incidents and non-conformities; * Develop preventive and corrective action plans; * Conduct internal audits and standardization processes; * Promote integration across departments and a culture of continuous improvement; * Deliver training related to quality and processes. **Responsibilities and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields; * Experience in process and quality management; * Knowledge of flowcharts, SOPs, and performance indicators.
