




Work in the company's transportation department, performing deliveries and pickups of materials, applying the necessary knowledge to ensure safe and effective operations. **Main Responsibilities:** · Drive safely, applying defensive driving techniques and complying with current regulations set forth in the Brazilian Traffic Code (CTB). · Observe the speed limits established for each highway and road segment. · Replace the tachograph disc weekly, correctly completing it and submitting it at reception for analysis and archiving. · Deliver daily the Trip Logbook containing travel information to the Human Resources Department. · At the start of each work shift, perform the vehicle inspection checklist: water, oil, tires, and fuel level. · Check whether any unloading from the previous day remains in the vehicle and carry out unloading; if necessary, call for assistance from helpers. · Collect the daily route plan from the logistics supervisor. · Upon arrival at the company, verify whether materials are ready for loading or whether you must wait for release authorization. · Receive release authorization, position the truck in the correct location within the yard, and perform unloading. · Report the truck’s odometer reading (KM) at reception; specify the material for each customer when handling loads involving multiple pickups; deliver the invoice; and conduct separate weighings according to cargo segregation. · Maintain vehicle cleanliness and general care. · When necessary, inform the maintenance team about required vehicle repairs. · When necessary, assist the Logistics Department in tasks such as locating other drivers or obtaining maintenance parts. · Daily assistance with loading/unloading and related pickup tasks. **Expected Results:** · Carry out transportation, pickup, and delivery activities in the best possible manner, applying acquired knowledge, meeting deadlines, minimizing costs, ensuring safety, and complying with traffic and company regulations. · Maintain courteous behavior during all activities both inside and outside the company. · Drive safely and economically, thereby reducing transportation costs.
