Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring inventory levels, evaluating and negotiating with suppliers, issuing and tracking purchase orders, and maintaining accurate transaction records. Key Highlights: 1. Stock level monitoring and material replenishment 2. Supplier identification, evaluation, and negotiation 3. Purchase order issuance and tracking, and record maintenance Monitor inventory levels and identify the need for material or product replenishment to ensure uninterrupted company operations; Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on criteria such as quality, price, and delivery time to establish advantageous partnerships; Negotiate contractual terms with suppliers to secure optimal commercial conditions while ensuring compliance with quality standards and agreed timelines; Issue and track purchase orders to ensure products or services are delivered as agreed and within established deadlines; Maintain accurate purchase transaction records, updating internal databases with relevant information such as dates, suppliers, quantities, and applied discounts.
