




Job Summary: Professional to handle procurement, inventory control, and logistics processes, with a focus on negotiation, organization, and cross-departmental coordination. Key Highlights: 1. Interface with internal departments and document organization **Responsibilities:** Support procurement processes, including quotations and negotiations with suppliers; Issue, track, and manage purchase orders; Control inventory by managing material receipts and dispatches; Organize and verify invoices, contracts, and other related documents; Monitor delivery deadlines and material logistics; Update control spreadsheets, reports, and departmental KPIs; Interface with internal departments to ensure efficient fulfillment of requests. **Requirements:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Procurement Management, or related fields; Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical mindset; Proactivity and capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. **Preferred Experience:** Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (preferred); Experience in procurement and/or logistics routines will be considered an advantage.
