Diagnose and restructure technological solutions, expanding the use of AI. * ️ We are seeking an Information Technology Manager for Fortaleza \- SC. Our client is a well-established Credit Cooperative undergoing growth, seeking a professional with solid experience in Systems Development for the financial market, with emphasis on cooperative credit systems. **Mission:** Lead the cooperative's IT department, ensuring the operation, security, and evolution of systems and digital solutions supporting the institution's financial and administrative operations, guaranteeing that technology supports business objectives and members' experience. **Key responsibilities include:** Translate corporate directives from Central Entities into local action plans within the Cooperative. Participate in the cooperative's strategic planning, proposing technological solutions that add value, ensuring IT initiatives align with the cooperative's goals (growth, service delivery, efficiency). Lead the local IT team of analysts, technicians, and interns; manage vendor contracts. Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and process improvement, leading the planning and execution of necessary development while adhering to systemic guidelines. Support innovation and digital transformation projects, including back-office automation, leveraging existing tools within the System and the market, accelerating and negotiating internal implementations. Diagnose and restructure technological solutions used by the cooperative, expanding the use of Artificial Intelligence and bringing a fresh perspective to the application and benefits of available management tools (BI, CRM, iCloud, BI, analytics, digital customer service). Centralize the cooperative's data management, integrating diverse initiatives and translating them dynamically, securely, and accurately. **REQUIREMENTS:** Strong academic background in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Solid knowledge in systems development, Artificial Intelligence, data analysis, process automation, information security, management security, and IT governance. Project and multidisciplinary team management capability. Strategic vision, results orientation, and alignment with cooperative values (collaboration, transparency, social responsibility). Experience leading people in Technology areas. Experience in Financial Institutions, preferably in Credit Cooperatives. Additional Information CLT employment contract; Competitive compensation package (salary, benefits, and Profit Participation Plan) aligned with the financial market; Working hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour break; 100% in-person work at the location specified above.
