Participate in the cooperative's strategic planning, proposing technological solutions that add value, ensuring IT initiatives align with the cooperative's goals (growth, service delivery, efficiency). Lead the local IT team of analysts, technicians, and interns; manage vendor contracts. Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and process improvement, leading the planning and execution of necessary development while adhering to systemic guidelines.
