Maintenance of a clean and safe construction site **WE ARE HIRING \- CONSTRUCTION LABORER** A Construction Laborer is responsible for directly supporting masons, carpenters, steel fixers, and other construction professionals by performing preparation, transportation, cleaning, and organizational tasks in the work environment, ensuring support during all construction execution phases. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and transport materials, tools, and equipment required for task execution; * Assist in mixing mortars, plasters, concrete, and other construction inputs; * Perform loading and unloading of construction materials; * Maintain the construction site clean, organized, and safe; * Prepare work fronts, including assembly of simple scaffolding and area protection; * Support demolition, excavation, and debris removal; * Comply with safety, hygiene, and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage regulations; * Perform other support tasks assigned by the site supervisor or foremen. **Requirements:** * Education: Elementary school (preferred but not mandatory); * Experience: No prior experience required; however, previous work in construction is considered an advantage; * Physical capability for moderate to heavy physical effort; * Commitment, attentiveness, and willingness to learn. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Proactivity and willingness; * Teamwork; * Responsibility and punctuality; * Attention to safety regulations. **Working Conditions:** * Location: Construction site; * Work schedule: As per legislation and project requirements; * Mandatory use of company-provided PPE.
