Job Summary: Operates forklifts to transport materials to inventory while ensuring their proper functioning and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Operating forklifts to handle materials and organize inventory. 2. Responsible for forklift maintenance and refueling. 3. Applying safety regulations and using PPE during cargo handling. **About the Position:** Operates forklifts to retrieve pallets containing production materials and transport them to inventory. Maintains forklifts in good mechanical condition, requests maintenance and refueling as needed. **Mandatory Requirement:** * Forklift Operator Training Course – NR-11 **Emma Group Activities:** * Loading and unloading items * Removing obstacles from the workplace * Interpreting packaging symbols * Identifying codes and signage for correct machine operation * Selecting vehicles according to cargo requirements * Verifying product expiration dates * Delimiting areas designated for cargo handling * Checking content, weight, volume, and physical condition of goods * Inspecting vehicles and scheduling periodic maintenance * Identifying and reporting unsafe or hazardous conditions * Observing and complying with safety regulations, as well as consistently using personal protective equipment (PPE) * Operating vehicles appropriately to avoid unnecessary maintenance and repair costs
