Collaborative work with internal teams **About the company** IP2 Internet Ltda. is a company committed to delivering high-quality connectivity solutions, emphasizing excellence in customer service and client satisfaction. **Job description** We are looking for a professional to serve as Technical Support, responsible for assisting customers, resolving internet connectivity-related issues, and ensuring the optimal user experience with our services. **Main responsibilities** * Provide technical customer support (via telephone) * Diagnose and resolve connectivity, network, and equipment issues * Configure routers and other networking devices * Open, monitor, and close technical support tickets * Guide customers on proper usage of services * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve incidents **Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in IT, Networking, or related fields preferred) * Basic to intermediate knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, routers, Wi\-Fi) * Familiarity with configuration of networking equipment * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers * Proactivity and problem-solving capability **Preferred qualifications** * Prior experience with internet service providers * Knowledge of Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, or similar platforms * Driver's license (required if external customer visits are involved) **Work model** * On-site **Benefits** * Meal allowance Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Salary: R$1\.518,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal voucher Work location: On-site
