Job Summary: Technical support professional responsible for maintaining systems and network infrastructure, with both on-site and remote responsibilities. Key Highlights: 1. Network infrastructure organization RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide on-site and remote technical support (systems and software); * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on desktops and notebooks; * Organize network infrastructure (cabling and racks); * Manage equipment assets and inventory; * Record service requests and maintenance activities. REQUIREMENTS: * Experience in notebook and desktop maintenance; * Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and Microsoft 365 environments; * Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi).
