Job Summary: IT internship with focus on technical support, installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment, software, and operating systems. Key Highlights: 1. Provides on-site and remote technical support 2. Responsible for configuration and maintenance of IT equipment 3. Manages inventory of IT equipment and peripherals **REQUIREMENTS** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Computer Networks, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of computer maintenance is desirable. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide on-site or remote support to employees; * Support other levels of service delivery; * Install and configure institutional software and operating systems; * Prepare, configure, and maintain IT equipment; * Organize and prepare IT equipment and peripherals for shipment; * Update and manage inventory of IT equipment and peripherals.
