**Main Responsibilities** * Design, implement, monitor, and optimize power, control, and automation systems in industrial plants, networks, substations, and electrical installations. * Integrate technologies to enhance system efficiency, productivity, and operational safety. * Analyze electrical projects and communication architectures. * Configure, parameterize, test, and conduct tests on protection relays. * Plan and execute FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test), and commissioning activities. * Parameterize reclosers and protection relays. * Design and develop industrial automation systems, including PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), SCADAs (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition systems), and process control systems. * Program and configure automated equipment and devices, ensuring proper system operation. * Conduct tests and simulations to validate the efficiency and safety of automated systems. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in automation project development. * Implement continuous improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial automation equipment. * Prepare technical documentation and reports related to projects, tests, and commissioning. * Monitor electromechanical and electrical assembly. * Provide technical support for commercial area proposal development. * Perform technical inspection activities when required. **Technical Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Control and Automation Engineering, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Automation, IT, or related fields (preferred); * Advanced knowledge of digital supervision and control systems for electric power substations (distribution and transmission); * Proficiency in IEC 61850 standard and communication protocols Modbus, DNPv3, IEC-104, MMS, and GOOSE; * Experience in analyzing electrical projects and communication architectures; * Programming and configuration of RTUs (Remote Terminal Units), IEDs, Communication Gateways, UCCs, and UACs; * Knowledge of ONS Basic Network procedures; * Minimum 5 years of experience in the field; * Hands-on experience with automation and protection systems for electric power distribution and transmission substations, with nominal voltage ≥ 138 kV.
