Job Summary: We are seeking an Information Security Analyst N2 to perform incident analysis and response, as well as configuration and support of security solutions. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for an Information Security Analyst N2 to work in Fortaleza/CE, focusing on Level 2 incident handling and investigation across technologies such as firewalls, networks, endpoints, and ZTNA. If you seek growth and new challenges at a leading company in the field, this role could be yours! ??? **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide remote Level 1 incident and service request support, and on-site support when required; * Configure and install security and network solutions; * Support security solutions including Firewalls, EDR/XDE, ZTNA, WAF, Wi-Fi, and other technologies aligned with the role’s scope; * Ensure implementation of best practices in information security within customer environments; * Guide customers on the most appropriate procedures according to their needs; **Requirements:** **To participate in this selection process, we expect you to have:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Information Security, Computer Science, or related fields. * Advanced: Networks and protocols (TCP/IP), firewall implementation and administration, VPNs, and security policies. * Intermediate: Security solutions, Linux operating systems, script-based automation, advanced monitoring tools, and endpoint solutions. * Basic: Project management, compliance methodologies (e.g., LGPD). **Desirable:** * Advanced networking and structured cabling; * Desired certifications: CCNA, Security\+, CCSA, CCSE, ITIL, ISO 27001 Foundation; * Strong communication skills; * Availability; * Initiative; * Intermediate English proficiency. **Differentiators that will make a difference:** * Knowledge of endpoint solutions; * Knowledge of ZTNA solutions; * Knowledge of WAF solutions. ??
