This is your place! **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports in Power BI focused on business metrics (financial, sales, operations, etc.); * Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis using SQL in relational databases; * Create efficient queries and data models to support strategic analysis and decision-making; * Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of data presented in reports; * Collaborate with business areas to understand needs and build analytical solutions; * Document processes, data flows, and methodologies used in reports and analyses; * Monitor dashboard performance and implement improvements in usability, performance, and data governance; * Participate in creating data models in Power BI (star schema, table relationships); * Proactively identify trends, opportunities, and insights from data. **Required Knowledge and Skills:** * Proficiency in SQL/MYSQL/POSTGRESQL (subqueries, CTEs, query optimization, relational modeling, etc.); * Experience with Power BI including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and report publishing; * Ability to translate business problems into analytical and visual solutions; * Knowledge of ETL/ELT (data extraction, cleaning, and transformation); * Understanding of Data Warehouse concepts, dimensional modeling, and best practices in data visualization; * Knowledge of Python for automation and data processing (desirable). **Work Model:** * Hybrid **Employment Type:** * CLT **Work Location:** Rua Medianeira, 81 \- Aldeota
