The focus is to transform complex business unit requirements into automated workflows, system integrations, and customized interfaces, ensuring the tool’s scalability. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Solution Development: Deliver optimal technical solutions, selecting the best approach (native vs. customized). Create C\# scripts, develop complex Unity Scripts, and build integration APIs. * Governance: Ensure customizations follow Hyland’s best practices to facilitate future upgrades. Requirements: **Technical (What Must Be Mastered)** * Core Modules: Advanced proficiency in Workflow, WorkView, Unity Forms, and OnBase Studio. * Developer Profile: Solid experience developing with Unity API and Hyland API. * Programming Languages: Proficiency in C\# (.NET) and JavaScript for creating custom libraries, workflow scripts, and external integrations. * Database: Advanced knowledge of SQL Server (queries, views, and procedures aligned with the OnBase schema). * Integrations: Experience with Enterprise Integration Server (EIS), Web Services (REST/SOAP). * Experience with App Builder. * Creating dashboards and reports using Unity Client. **Desirables (Nice-to-Have)** * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). **Behavioral Profile (Soft Skills)** * Analytical Mindset: Ability to view the end\-to\-end process, not only the technical task. * Communication: Ability to explain technical terms to users from areas such as HR, Legal, or Finance. * Autonomy: Ability to proactively propose improvements without relying on fully defined specifications.
