Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Analyst with strong technical knowledge of accounting routines and practical experience with the Domínio System to join our team. Key Highlights: 1. Accounting classification, reconciliation, and bookkeeping for companies 2. Monthly trial balance and annual financial statement closings 3. Advanced proficiency in the Domínio System and intermediate/advanced Excel Accounting Analyst (Domínio System Focus) We are looking for a **Accounting Analyst** who is detail-oriented and proactive to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess solid technical knowledge of standard accounting routines and, critically, hands-on experience with the **Domínio System**, ensuring integration and closing processes are executed with maximum efficiency. Main Responsibilities * Classification, reconciliation, and bookkeeping for companies under different tax regimes (Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido, and Lucro Real). * Monthly trial balance and annual financial statement closings. * Configuration and automation of journal entries via **Domínio System integration modules**. * Preparation and submission of ancillary obligations (ECD, ECF, DCTF, among others). * Analysis of equity variations and support during internal or external audits. Requirements and Qualifications * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences (completed or in progress); an active CRC registration is a plus. * **Experience:** Solid experience in accounting firms. * **Software:** Advanced proficiency in the **Domínio System (Accounting and Integration modules)** and intermediate/advanced Excel. * **Profile:** Rigorous time management, analytical thinking, and ability to handle large volumes of data. Advantages * Knowledge of fiscal accounting or payroll routines within the Domínio System. * Experience with data import tools and system utilities to optimize workflows.
