Participation in process improvements and automation We seek a professional with strong logical reasoning and interest in data to support Drawback and special customs regime analyses, with a focus on technical development in the area. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Support in import/export data analysis (Siscomex, DUIMPs, ACs); Scenario building and tax savings calculations; Database and report population and organization; Document validation and tax simulation support; Participation in process improvements and automation; Data-driven analysis support for the senior team. **REQUIREMENTS:** Structured logical reasoning and analytical profile; Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas); Basic knowledge of data analysis and indicator interpretation; English for technical reading. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Knowledge of foreign trade or special regimes (Drawback, RECOF); Experience with data tools (SQL, Power Query or similar); Courses or certifications in data analysis. **BENEFITS:** Meal voucher + Transportation voucher + Health insurance + Telemedicine; Wellhub + Discount club (iFood); Childcare allowance + positive work culture; Technical development and career growth in the area. **WORK MODE:** On-site in Criciúma | CLT
