Assistance in document management and trade agreements Execute, support, and monitor operational activities related to Special Customs Regimes and Fiscal Classification of Goods, ensuring tax and customs compliance of foreign trade operations, under the technical guidance and validation of the responsible Analyst. The Special Regimes and Customs Classification Assistant supports the structuring and organization of Ex-Tariff and Technical Catalogue applications, contributing to the quality of registrations, consistency of information, and adherence to current legislation, as well as providing operational support to internal departments and the company’s strategic processes. Additionally, the role supports the document management of Declarations and Certificates of Origin to fulfill trade agreements signed between Brazil and the countries with which the company’s customers conduct operations. * Support the structuring, updating, and maintenance of the DUIMP Product Catalog, including registration of technical attributes, NCM codes, and organization of technical data sheets, per the Analyst’s instructions. * Support the preparation, documentary organization, filing, and follow-up of Ex-Tariff applications in the automotive (RANP), capital goods (BK), and information technology and telecommunications (BIT) sectors. * Support fiscal classification activities for goods by gathering technical information, organizing catalogs, and verifying data, subject to the Analyst’s validation. * Support the documentary verification of Digital Certificates of Origin (COD/SPED) and Declarations of Origin (DO), prior to technical validation by the Analyst. * Assist in researching and organizing applicable standards, regulations, and customs tariff schedules for operations. * Support the preparation of operational reports and consolidation of technical information for compliance, audit, and application processes. * Support interaction with customers, engineers, customs brokers, and internal departments to collect, consolidate, and organize technical data. * Maintain the technical and classification database of products updated according to departmental guidelines. * Support monitoring changes in customs, tax, and origin legislation, alerting the team and the responsible Analyst. * Support updating controls, spreadsheets, and systems used in special regimes and Trade Compliance processes. * Support standardization of registrations, documents, and operational workflows for classification and special regimes.
