Multifunctional role with accountability for Drying and Threshing **Job Description:** Responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring Drying and Threshing processes, ensuring product quality, operational efficiency, personnel safety, and compliance with technical and corporate standards. Analyzes data from intelligent process systems to identify deviations, direct corrective actions, and promote continuous improvement—with emphasis on productivity, quality, and operational stability. This role is multifunctional, with accountability for Drying and Threshing operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and oversee Drying and Threshing operations, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with corporate standards. * Plan and lead the start-up of Drying and Threshing operations at the beginning of the season, ensuring readiness of teams, equipment, operational parameters, and initial process stability. * Monitor critical process parameters and perform technical interventions to ensure stability, uniformity, and performance. * Ensure reliability of operational records, process data, and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Lead and guide permanent and temporary teams, promoting shift alignment, process discipline, and adherence to operational standards. * Conduct periodic safety, quality, and process dialogues; ensure ongoing technical training for teams—especially on critical standards and implemented changes. * Support supervision during peak and off-season periods. * Ensure reliability and performance of sensors, intelligent cameras, and automation systems, working collaboratively with maintenance. * Execute and plan calibration and metrological verification routines for critical equipment, ensuring traceability and compliance with audits. * Develop, review, and ensure implementation of work instructions, procedures, and process orders—ensuring proper change management (MOC – Management of Change) for both processes and people, including risk assessment, documentation updates, and team communication. * Analyze operational data and performance indicators to identify deviations, trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement. * Deploy, monitor, and manage process performance targets—such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), product changeover/cleaning time, process production rate, and productive capacity release. * Implement corrective and preventive actions; support development, testing, and implementation of technological and process improvements aimed at higher productivity, stability, and performance. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school; bachelor’s degree preferred (in progress or completed). * Experience in seed production or industrial processes. * Leadership ability, teamwork skills, commitment, and strong sense of responsibility. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Knowledge of quality tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
