




Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating and supervising production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance, serving as the liaison between teams and management at the Corn Seed Production Unit. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate seed processing, grading, treatment, and bagging operations. 2. Lead and develop teams, conduct training, and evaluate performance. 3. Implement improvements and ensure compliance with internal procedures. **Job Description:** Responsible for coordinating and supervising activities related to production processes, ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, and compliance with the company’s safety standards. Acts as the liaison between operational teams and management, promoting continuous improvement and technical support at the Formosa/GO Corn Seed Production Unit. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate seed processing, grading, treatment, and bagging operations, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. * Plan and monitor production processes, developing strategies within the shift schedule to achieve established targets. * Lead a team of employees, providing technical guidance, evaluating performance, conducting training jointly with process specialists, and developing both processes and subordinates; * Conduct recruitment and selection of temporary staff for seasonal periods. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures (corrective/preventive actions, calibration, management review). * Lead shift activities and negotiate deadlines with internal departments to align processes and resolve issues. * Implement operational process improvements aimed at increasing productivity and ensuring a safe working environment. * Conduct/participate in DDS and DSQ meetings and relevant Lean meetings; **Education Requirements:** * Required: Bachelor’s degree in related fields (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Agronomy, or similar). **Competencies and Profile:** * Technical: Seed processing, industrial processes * Tools: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), SAP, and corporate systems. * Languages: Basic/intermediate English (preferred). * Behavioral: Leadership, effective communication, critical analysis, decision-making, people management. * Availability to work rotating shifts and on a rotating schedule.
