Currently, we are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. ______________________________________________________________________ Key Responsibilities * Collaborate with Maintenance, Reliability, and Automation teams to ensure local maintenance strategic plans are executed to a high standard of quality and efficiency, guaranteeing accurate registration in the EAM system and monitoring site KPIs. * Ensure operational discipline and compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. * Review and validate notifications in the system, ensuring data quality, proper conversion into work orders, and necessary alignment between planning and production for activity execution. * Engage the team to ensure all phases of work — identification, planning, preparation, scheduling, execution, and documentation — are carried out efficiently and safely. * Organize all resources required for activity execution prior to commencement, aligning production, maintenance, contracts, and specialized tools. * Adjust current-week activities according to changing circumstances, considering priorities, resource availability, and capacity. * Conduct daily Lean meetings, updating the team on priorities, known constraints, and countermeasure plans. * Approve next-week planning, making adjustments based on KPI analysis, and communicate relevant points regarding quality, safety, and performance to supervision. * Lead root cause analysis for simple failures and participate in structured failure investigations, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up of action plans. * Support the plant through analysis of EAM data, ensuring accurate reporting, updated maintenance plans aligned with the production schedule. * Review unplanned activities, propose improvement actions, training for the maintenance team, review of maintenance strategy, and spare parts procurement and inventory plans. * Lead structured reviews of spare parts consumption jointly with the maintenance and warehouse teams. * Assist in the development, installation, inspection, and maintenance of new or upgraded mechanical and/or electrical equipment. * Estimate labor and equipment costs, maintaining appropriate records for maintenance, inventory, and repairs. * Lead or supervise the implementation of new projects, programs, and processes. * Provide support in troubleshooting and maintaining plant systems, ensuring safe and reliable operation. * Support maintenance and operations teams in technical analysis, diagnosis, and implementation of technical solutions. ______________________________________________________________________ Required Skills * Strong problem-solving skills. * Well-defined sense of prioritization. * Ability to work safely and effectively in industrial environments involving machinery, workshop equipment, and field installations. * Solid knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical maintenance. * Multidisciplinary perspective with understanding of production processes, working collaboratively with operations, maintenance, reliability, and engineering teams. * Consistent knowledge of failure analysis methods (5 Whys, Ishikawa/Fishbone Diagram, FMEA). * Familiarity with automated systems. * Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders. * Intermediate computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and willingness to learn company-specific systems. ______________________________________________________________________ Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams. * Basic English proficiency. ______________________________________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge or experience in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and TPM.
