We are currently seeking an Electrical Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Key Responsibilities * Collaborate with the plant maintenance team to ensure electrical networks, electrical systems, and data systems operate safely, reliably, and efficiently. * Coordinate preventive and corrective electrical maintenance programs for equipment, machinery, panels, motors, substations, and building infrastructure. * Lead electrical fault diagnosis and resolution activities, supporting production in reducing unplanned downtime and increasing equipment availability. * Ensure all electrical installations and activities comply with safety standards, NR 10, PSM, and internal policies, maintaining technical records and asset histories. * Manage inventories of electrical parts, spares, and materials, ensuring availability and cost optimization. * Coordinate outsourced services, technical contracts, and specialized suppliers. * Implement and promote continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S, standardization, root cause failure analysis (RCFA), and enhanced asset reliability. * Support the plant’s strategy in the electrical discipline, covering operator and maintainer training, asset lifecycle planning, performance analysis, and process improvement. * Support the development, installation, inspection, and maintenance of new or modified electrical and/or mechanical equipment. * Estimate labor and equipment costs, maintaining appropriate maintenance, inventory, and repair records. * Support maintenance and operations teams in analyzing, diagnosing, and implementing solutions aimed at optimizing process efficiency. * Work collaboratively with Engineering, Reliability, and EHS departments. * Lead problem-solving and root cause analyses related to plant electrical systems. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Required Skills * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Assertive ability to prioritize tasks. * Safe and effective performance in industrial environments, including machines, workshop equipment, and field installations. * Solid knowledge of requirements, standards, and methodologies for installation and maintenance of medium- and low-voltage electrical systems. * Multidisciplinary perspective and sound understanding of industrial production processes. * Solid knowledge of automated and industrial automation systems (networks, programming languages, and architectures). * Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn company-specific systems. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams. * Basic English proficiency. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and TPM.
