Since our founding in 2010, we have believed in the potential to build stories with our clients; to become part of their lives, we went further: establishing a commitment to quality and efficient developments. **WE BELIEVE IN CHANGE—ESPECIALLY IN LIVES.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for executing the planning developed by the engineering team, ensuring construction activities progress within scheduled deadlines. Interact with the entire civil engineering department. * Monitor and supervise the construction execution team; * Monitor construction schedule management; lead alignment meetings with suppliers and clients; * Conduct measurements and perform follow\-up with the responsible engineer; * Monitor suppliers regarding equipment delivery; * Address outstanding construction issues; * Assess construction conditions and progress, performing weekly follow\-up with the responsible engineer; * Support labor and material control; conduct full analysis including service and construction measurement verification; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with active CREA registration. * Prior experience in construction project management, including full-cycle projects of popular-standard housing. * Technical ability to read engineering drawings. * Knowledge of surveys and cost control. **Additional Information** * Fixed Salary \+ Variable Bonus. * Meal Allowance / Food Voucher. * Life Insurance. * Birthday Day Off. * Health and Dental Plans (via voluntary enrollment). * TotalPass. * Discounts at partner companies (gyms, clinics, undergraduate and graduate institutions).
