Job Summary:
Kitchen Assistant responsible for preparing, organizing, and sanitizing food, utensils, and equipment, as well as restocking items and assisting in product selection.

#### **Required Qualifications:**
* Completed elementary education;

* Experience as a kitchen assistant.

#### **Responsibilities:**
* Cut, wash, sort, and sanitize food according to Standard Operating Procedures;
* Carry out treatment and disposal of waste materials generated in the workplace;
* Maintain organization of storage areas for products and cleaning supplies;
* Organize the workspace, dishes, cutlery, pots, tables, countertops, sinks, and equipment (stove, oven, refrigerator, juice machine, etc.) using appropriate materials (detergents, soap, etc.) and tools (brooms, sponges, brushes, etc.);
* Restock food, beverages, side dishes, seasonings, and utensils as they run low during meal periods;
* Assist in selecting vegetables, meats, cold cuts, and fruits for food preparation;
* Properly protect food after opening original packaging.
