Job Summary: Apprentice to assist with laboratory activities, including inventory tracking, sample preparation, and document organization. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration in developing performance indicators • Title: \- Apprentice • Unit: \- Binatural Goiás. • Education: \- High school (currently enrolled). • Responsibilities: \- Inventory tracking: Monitor stock levels of reagents, consumables, and other items together with area analysts, assisting in organization and control. \- Support purchase request initiation and laboratory/office supply orders, ensuring supplies are always available. \- Preparation of certified shipping boxes for samples: Assemble and label boxes for safe sample transportation, complying with standards and regulations. \- Assist in tracking equipment calibration due dates, organizing required documentation and quotations. \- Contribute to the creation and updating of internal laboratory documents under supervision by responsible personnel with relevant expertise. \- Enter and organize data in electronic spreadsheets, supporting information recording, process monitoring, and data entry into the quality management system. \- Organize important laboratory documents both physically (folders, cabinets) and digitally (cloud, servers), ensuring easy access and traceability. \- Collaborate in collecting and analyzing data to develop performance indicators that help monitor laboratory activity efficiency. \- Monitor whether area personnel apply the 5S principles, ensuring an organized, clean, and standardized workplace. \- Assist in conducting periodic audits to verify implementation and maintenance of 5S standards under the "My Home" program, identifying improvement opportunities, completing the audit form, and submitting findings to competent responsible personnel.
