Job Summary: Sampling Analyst at Binatural Formosa, responsible for collecting and directing samples of raw materials and products, ensuring area organization and cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Essential work in quality control of raw materials and products * Title: * Sampling Analyst. * Unit: * Binatural Formosa. * Education: * Completed high school. * Experience: * No prior experience required; however, experience in sampling is a plus. * Responsibilities: * Sample raw material and input loads from tank trucks and direct them to the Quality Control Laboratory; * Sample special product loads from tank trucks and direct them to the Quality Control Laboratory; * Collect samples of products stored in tanks as requested by Quality Control; * Ensure continuous vehicle flow at the sampling platform to avoid idle platform time; * Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of materials, equipment, and the work area, complying with 5S standards; * Dispose of biodiesel drums, oils and fats, sludge, and residual glycerin from the process; * Accurately complete the Shift Handover Report; * Wash collection bottles used for raw materials, inputs, and finished products; * Dispose of witness samples upon request.
