Since our founding in 2010, we have believed in the potential to co-create meaningful stories with our clients—and to truly be part of their lives, we went further: establishing a commitment to quality and efficient developments. **WE BELIEVE IN CHANGE—ESPECIALLY IN PEOPLE’S LIVES.** **Responsibilities and Duties** Develop and monitor short- and medium-term physical planning and construction cost control to ensure project execution within predefined timelines and budget. * Develop detailed physical schedule, project S-curve, and S-curve for construction. * Detail the critical path, deadlines, key milestones, and constraints for each work package using executable logic. * Monitor weekly and monthly physical progress against the schedule, identify and justify deviations, and disseminate resulting reports. * Monitor weekly frontline service planning and conduct project risk analysis; flag deviations and jointly propose action plans with engineering. * Support the construction team in decision-making by evaluating possible scenarios for identified deviations. * Lead constraint meetings, map execution constraints, ensure timely updates and resolution of constraints in the Prevision platform. * Perform analysis and approve material procurement and service/equipment contracting in accordance with available budget and company assumptions. * Develop and monitor labor and equipment histograms, flagging potential budget deviations and changes to project assumptions. * Conduct monthly cost control, generate management reports, and analyze budget vs. trend for indirect and direct costs—including deviation justifications—to support the construction team in successfully meeting the execution budget. * Collaborate closely with site engineering and other project stakeholders to ensure alignment and up-to-date awareness of project progress. * Create physical/financial disbursement curves. * Close balances on completed purchase orders and service contracts, ensuring accurate and consistent project data. * Audit measurements, timesheet data, and production records to ensure accuracy of reported results. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Experience in Construction Planning and Control. Experience with MCMV (Minha Casa Minha Vida) projects. Excel. **Additional Information** Contractor position.
