Job Summary: Customer service professional for an automotive workshop, responsible for administrative tasks, estimates, and use of management systems. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with in-person and telephone customer service 2. Preparation and interpretation of detailed estimates 3. Use of management systems (DMS) and customer follow-up **1\. Customer Service Experience** * In-person and telephone customer service. * Opening and closing of Service Orders (SO). * Clear explanation of diagnoses and estimates. * Ability to handle complaints and provide assertive responses. **2\. Workshop Administrative Routine Experience** * Scheduling of services. * Warranty control. * Contact with the manufacturer, when necessary. * Generation of reports and monitoring of after-sales performance indicators. **3\. Experience in Preparing and Interpreting Estimates** * Preparation of detailed estimates. * Explanation of repair requirements and parts to customers. * Negotiation and approval of services. **4\. Experience with Management Systems (DMS)** * Use of systems designed for dealerships (e.g., Autogest, Linx, Consinco, Saga, among others). * Control of SOs, parts, and customer history. **5\. Experience in Follow-up** * Customer monitoring during and after service. * Delivery confirmation. * Post-service contact (proactive after-sales). **Requirements:** High school diploma; Microsoft Office suite proficiency; driver's license.
