To support this mission, Syngenta’s Maintenance team is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator in Formosa. This position will coordinate the Maintenance team to ensure efficiency, performance, departmental costs, asset management, and people development at Syngenta’s Formosa site. **Responsibilities:** * Overall coordination of the maintenance department (mechanical, electrical, automation, instrumentation, and civil) through maintenance management focused on productivity, efficiency, availability, reliability, quality, and costs (materials and services). * Leadership alongside the team in shifting the maintenance function from corrective to preventive by implementing reliability techniques, predictive analyses, preventive maintenance and inspections, and root cause analysis to reduce corrective maintenance and equipment downtime. * Development and control of the maintenance department budget (materials and services), with emphasis on continuous budget improvement relative to production volume and quality. * Coordination, implementation, and compliance with the Global Maintenance Policy across industrial operations. * Team development, including training for professional and personal upskilling and growth. * Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and 55001 requirements and supporting engineering activities required by the projects area for implementations, modifications, and facility expansions. **Qualifications** * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields. * Experience in maintenance, assembly, and installation within industrial settings. * Preferred technical knowledge in: equipment reliability and inspection, TPM, RCM, 5S, Kaizen, NR\-10, NR\-12, and NR\-13\. * Knowledge of supplier negotiation techniques, personnel management, managerial skills, interpersonal relations, planning, preventive/predictive maintenance, leadership, and techniques to increase equipment availability. **Additional Information** **What We Offer** * A culture that celebrates diversity and inclusion, promotes professional development, and seeks a balance between professional and personal life to support team members.
