Description

* Lead teams in the direct execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities; * Implement operational plans supervised by technical managers; * Perform verification, inspection, and routine maintenance tasks; * Control the use of materials and tools; * Ensure discipline, monitor attendance, uniform compliance, and employees' personal appearance; * Monitor internal departments to identify irregularities; * Provide support when assistance is required. * Proactivity and strong communication skills; * Responsibility and commitment to deadlines and tasks; * Professional conduct and respect for internal regulations. * Completed high school education; * Vocational technical course in Electrotechnology; * Holds NR-10 certification; * Minimum one year of documented work experience in Building Facilities Maintenance.
