Additionally, they help humanize care and bring fresh perspectives that can drive innovation in hospital processes. **Salary:** R$R$ 1\.142,33 **Work Schedule:** 150 hours (Monday to Friday) **Modality:** In-person **Responsibilities and Duties** * Guide users—and even accompany them—to their desired service; * Organize user flow/direction to various hospital services/departments; * Welcome users without discrimination, recognizing them as rights-holders; * Inform users about unit norms and routines; * Assist in document registration and requests, as well as in delivering exam results; * Conduct bedside visits for inpatients and patients under observation; * Administer User Satisfaction Surveys; * Prepare a daily shift report; * Complete various forms related to services; * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Minimum age: 18 years. **Additional Information** * SESC; * DayOff.
