Develop and monitor construction schedules and measurements, always adhering to the quality management system standards; Control equipment, service requests, and raw materials. Request procurement of supplies; Support contractor prospecting; Guide appropriate material selection and optimal work execution methods. Monitor concrete pouring, concrete traceability, and concrete pour mapping. Ensure compliance with site safety rules by verifying installation of perimeter protections, and assembly/disassembly of collective safety perimeter systems. Monitor formwork assembly for stripping; Monitor whether FVS (Service Verification Sheets) are opened within the scheduled timeframe; Identify any structural defects and collaborate with the site manager to find solutions; Always follow the original project plan; in case of doubts, consult the site manager; Implement targets set by the site foreman to meet deadlines; Supervise Concrete Wall Formwork activities to ensure proper alignment of forms; Monitor concrete pouring; Perform other duties within the construction department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience as a Concrete Wall Supervisor on residential civil construction projects. * Proficiency in reading project plans. **Additional Information** * Permanent CLT employment contract * Salary + performance-based bonus * Health and dental insurance (voluntary enrollment) * Transportation allowance * On-site meals * Life insurance * Birthday day off * Total Pass We acquire land, develop projects, obtain approvals, construct, and sell through a dedicated sales operation.
