Maintain order and organization at the gate/weighbridge area to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. **Key responsibilities:** **Gate – Reception** Receive and verify driver, vehicle, and invoice documentation to register arrival; Validate invoice in Neogrid – acknowledge the XML file; Register vehicle arrival: Purchase Reception (CIF/FOB) or Transfer Reception (RDS); Prepare purchase reception / transfer reception (RDS) forms; Call vehicles for processing; Perform weighing (first and second weighing – RDS); Deliver documents to drivers and collect invoice signatures. **Gate – Dispatch** Receive and verify driver, vehicle, and loading order documentation to register arrival; Create dispatch forms (RDS); Register vehicle arrival – transfer dispatch / sales dispatch; Call vehicles for processing; Create loading load (JDE\-E1\) for the sales process in FOB cases. **Qualifications:** **Minimum requirements:** Completed high school education, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, **Desirable requirements:** Currently pursuing undergraduate studies, Availability to work multiple shifts.
