**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent — CLT labor code * Operate machines and equipment used in the cotton ginning process, in accordance with operational procedures; * Continuously monitor machine operation to ensure productivity, quality, and process safety; * Perform basic operational adjustments to maintain proper cotton flow; * Identify, report, and record equipment malfunctions, anomalies, or maintenance needs; * Assist in machine shutdowns and startups, adhering to safety regulations; * Carry out cleaning, organization, and maintenance of equipment and the work environment; * Support the maintenance team during simple and preventive interventions; * Strictly comply with safety, quality, environmental, and internal procedural standards; * Collaborate with the operations team to meet production targets. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (preferred); * Prior experience operating industrial machinery; * Availability to work rotating shifts and during harvest season; * Commitment, attentiveness, and responsibility. **Benefits:** Accommodation, Medical Assistance, Mobility Allowance, Profit-Sharing Program (PPR), On-site Meals, Life Insurance
