




Description: Academic Qualifications* Completed undergraduate degree in related fields, such as: * Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Production, Computer); * Product Design, Architecture, Information Technology or related areas. Experience* Experience in digital fabrication laboratories (Fab Lab, Makerspace or similar); * Involvement in prototype development and equipment maintenance; * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Tools & Software* 2D/3D and parametric CAD (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Rhino, SketchUp or similar); * Programming applied to automation and prototyping (Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Python, C\+\+ or equivalents); * 3D printing (FDM, SLA and SLS) and slicing software (Cura, PrusaSlicer, etc.); * Laser cutting and CNC milling machines (operation and machining software); * Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reports, documentation and presentations. Courses & Certifications (Desirable)* Certifications in Design Thinking and Project Management (PMI, Agile or Scrum); * Technical training in maintenance of 3D printers, CNC machines or laser cutters. You will * Lead Fab Lab activities: guide team members and students, coordinate equipment usage, ensure quality, safety and best practices. * Support the development of complex prototypes: from 2D/3D CAD modeling through programming, electronics, CNC machining, laser cutting, etc. * Develop and deliver training and educational content on digital fabrication for students, community members and faculty. * Conduct feasibility analyses, budgeting, simulations and equipment maintenance. * Collaborate with other areas of the Facens/IP Facens innovation ecosystem (e.g., Smart Lab, BRAIN, Software House, etc.) to develop interdisciplinary projects. 2512200202551759053
