Safeguard product quality, safety, and traceability **Job Description:** Pharmacist to serve as the Responsible Technical Officer, ensuring compliance with legal and sanitary regulations, guaranteeing the quality of pharmaceutical services and the proper operation of the establishment. **Main Responsibilities:** Act as the Responsible Technical Officer before regulatory authorities (CRF, Sanitary Surveillance, etc.); Ensure compliance with current sanitary legislation; Supervise processes related to storage, control, and dispensing of medications; Develop, review, and keep standard operating procedures (SOPs) up to date; Monitor sanitary inspections and audits; Guide staff on good pharmaceutical practices; Safeguard product quality, safety, and traceability. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; Active registration with CRF; Willingness to assume technical responsibility; Knowledge of current sanitary legislation.
