





**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, flexible hours to be agreed upon **Level:** Internship **Employment Type:** Internship Assist with daily operations in the Administrative and Customer Service departments, including direct or telephone support to cooperative members, guiding them through branch processes (e.g., clarifying questions about their products and services, accounts, cash handling services, updating registration information, using ATMs, etc.), as well as promoting and clarifying doubts regarding the institution’s products and services. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration, Business Management, or Finance; Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite); Strong verbal and written communication skills; Organizational ability and proactivity; Availability to intern for 6 hours per day. **Benefits:** Pharmacy allowance, life insurance, meal vouchers, transportation vouchers
