Job Summary: This professional will organize and support coordination between the Dispatch and Final Verification departments, focusing on sorting, packaging, and verifying formulas and deliveries. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting pharmaceutical product dispatch and final verification. 2. Responsible for sorting, packaging, and verifying formulas and deliveries. 3. Requires organization, attention to detail, and proactivity. RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as the liaison between the Dispatch department and the Final Verification area, supporting the sorting of weighing slips; Sort controlled prescriptions; Generate and send tracking codes; Print Sedex labels; Register delivery routes; Prepare store pouches; Handle store PCP and deliveries; Package and verify items; Reschedule deliveries; Post daily delivery quantities in the WhatsApp group to help motorcycle couriers plan their schedules; Verify that formulas comply with prescription specifications; Affix final verification seals to containers containing correctly specified formulas; Release formulas according to agreed-upon criteria; Immediately report process deviations and/or losses to the responsible pharmacist, plus other duties pertinent to the role.
