Our commitment is to deliver projects with quality, punctuality, and integrity, consistently aligned with our Mission, Vision, and Values. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in construction, repair, and maintenance tasks under the supervision of the responsible foreman. * Prepare and organize necessary materials for work execution, such as reinforcing bars, wooden components, bricks, etc. * Perform cleaning and organization of the worksite to maintain safety and order. * Assist in assembling and dismantling formwork, steel structures, and scaffolding as required. * Load and unload construction materials and transport them to designated usage locations; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations during work by using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). * Collaborate with the work team to foster a cooperative and efficient working environment. **Requirements:** * Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions accurately. * Commitment to deadlines and service quality. * Good physical stamina and endurance for manual and physically demanding tasks. **Benefits:** * Meals provided at the workplace; * Life insurance; * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Basic food basket awarded for attendance.
