Handling eSocial and scheduling occupational health examinations (ASO). **Job Description – Administrative Assistant** The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Occupational Safety, Administration, and Finance departments, delivering customer service, organizing documents, and performing tasks related to eSocial. They will also be responsible for scheduling occupational health examinations (ASO) and coordinating with partner clinics to ensure compliance with internal procedures and deadlines. **Job Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Administration, HR, or related fields is desirable). * **Experience in administrative routines.** * Basic knowledge of Occupational Safety and eSocial (SST). * Customer service skills. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office suite). * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
