Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Responsible Pharmacist to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and service quality in our pharmacy. Key Highlights: 1. Acting as the Technical Responsible, ensuring good dispensing practices. 2. Team management and pharmaceutical inventory control. 3. Participation in audits to ensure compliance with sanitary regulations. Position: Technical Responsible Pharmacist (RT) Description: We are looking for a Technical Responsible Pharmacist to work in our pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and the quality of services provided. Responsibilities: * Act as the pharmacy's Technical Responsible, ensuring compliance with good pharmaceutical dispensing practices. * Manage the team of pharmacists and other pharmacy staff. * Support nursing staff by clarifying medication-related questions and providing guidance on proper medication use. * Manage pharmaceutical inventory, ensuring product validity and safety. * Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with sanitary regulations. Requirements: * Degree in Pharmacy and active registration with the Regional Pharmacy Council. * Prior experience as a Technical Responsible Pharmacist is a plus. * Knowledge of current sanitary legislation. * Leadership and team management skills. * Strong communication and customer service skills.
