Job Summary: Professional to support Contract Administration, with focus on production control and analysis, and active participation in the implementation of a new system. Key Highlights: 1. Analytical profile focused on data quality and decision-making. Support Contract Administration, focusing on control and analysis of production information from contracts. The professional will support the current production control system and actively participate in the implementation of the new system, including on-site monitoring, ensuring data quality, standardization of analyses, and support for management decision-making. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide support to construction teams and supervisors regarding the use of the production control system; * Support Contract Administration in controlling and analyzing contract production; * Participate in the implementation of the new production system, including travel for on-site monitoring and support; * Critically analyze production data, identifying inconsistencies, deviations, and opportunities for improvement; * Conduct production analyses based on the Equivalent Activity methodology; * Develop and maintain updated production controls, reports, and indicators; * Interface with construction teams, managers, executives, and directors from Operations and Engineering departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering; * Proficiency in Excel and/or data analysis tools (Power BI); * Willingness to travel as required by contracts and system implementation; * Analytical profile with critical thinking and attention to information quality; * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with diverse professional profiles and hierarchical levels; * Organized, proactive, and interested in contract management and production. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Prior experience in production management; * Interest in Contract Administration/Contract Management; * Experience in construction sites, operations, or production environments; **Additional Information** **These details require no modification, as they are standard for all employees:** * Online medical consultations; * Nutritionist services; * Psychological support; * Meal benefits; * Baby kit; * Dream Letter program; * Life insurance; * Travel discounts; * Access to gyms and physical activities.
