




Responsibilities: \* Assist with administrative routines of the Human Resources department; \* Support the creation, organization, and updating of the Talent Database; \* Screen resumes, contact candidates, and support recruitment processes; \* Provide operational support to the Finance department (data entry, document organization, reconciliations, among others); \* Verify client and supplier registration data and documents for the Commercial department; \* Provide general administrative support across the company; \* Maintain organized files and documents, ensuring information flow and control. Requirements: \- Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Administration, HR, or related fields is desirable); \- Basic/intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel); \- Organizational skills, proactivity, and strong communication abilities; \- Ability to work effectively in teams and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Desirable: Previous experience in administrative routines; Experience in HR, Finance, or Commercial areas.
