Senior Network Analyst

Description

We are looking for a Network Analyst to work on one of our strategic projects. We seek a candidate with hands-on experience, strong technical insight, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and deliver real impact through technology. The professional will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing corporate network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and standardization in a distributed and highly complex environment. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor network health and proactively resolve failures * Perform structured troubleshooting of network issues * Coordinate root cause investigations for critical incidents * Propose and implement continuous improvements to infrastructure and processes * Create and maintain up-to-date operational procedures (SOPs) * Collaborate with global and local teams to ensure standardization * Support network projects in accordance with company best practices and policies * Communicate\-clearly in English with internal and external stakeholders **Qualifications and Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields * Knowledge equivalent to Cisco CCNA (certification preferred) * Experience troubleshooting LAN/WAN/Wi\-Fi networks * Knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF protocols * Experience with tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, Zabbix * Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation * Intermediate to advanced English (written and spoken) * Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate network administration and operations * Experience in critical environments, performance analysis, and continuous improvement projects
