Pay attention — this position is **CLT and Remote!** **What You’ll Do?** We’re looking for a Mid-Level Quality Analyst who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts, collaborating with the development team to resolve issues and implement continuous improvements in software quality processes and other related activities, ensuring that software meets quality standards and functions as expected. * **Develop automated software tests**, covering unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, creating scripts that simulate interactions with the application without manual intervention, aiming to quickly and efficiently detect regressions and errors, contributing to faster and more agile software delivery; * **Execute complex software tests**, using appropriate tools and methods to identify defects and ensure the final product meets requirements and quality standards; * Create detailed test scenarios, defining conditions, actions, and expected outcomes for each test to uncover defects and ensure software quality; * Document test scenarios, detailing steps to be followed so they can be accurately replicated and verified; * Analyze project documentation, such as requirements and design specifications, to understand system objectives and use cases, thereby defining the most suitable test strategy; * Develop test plans based on project requirements, defining objectives, scenarios, priorities, and timelines to ensure comprehensive and efficient software testing; * Analyze test results and document identified defects with details and priority to assist the development team in making corrections; * Perform reviews and conduct retesting after fixes to verify whether reported defects have been resolved and whether other parts of the system remain unaffected; * Prepare clear and well-organized user manuals to provide users with necessary information; * Stay updated with trends and innovations in software testing, including tools, methodologies, and standards, to apply best practices. **What YouX Expects From You?** * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; * **Minimum 3 years of QA experience**, with solid hands-on experience in manual testing (including regression, exploratory, usability, integration, and performance testing, as well as test planning and BDD (Gherkin) writing); * **Proven experience in automated testing**, using Cypress (JavaScript), Robot Framework (Python), or Selenium (Python). * Solid knowledge of methods, techniques, and processes applied in test work, including test planning and strategies, scenario creation, and test execution; * Solid knowledge of Postman for API testing; Cypress, Robot Framework, and Selenium for test automation (web, desktop, and mobile); * Intermediate knowledge of Agile methodologies. * Dedication, responsibility, and willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies; * Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and contribute creative ideas; * Proactivity in problem solving and pursuit of innovative solutions; * Commitment to quality and delivery of results. **Why Join Us?** At YouX, you’ll join a highly collaborative team where you’ll have the opportunity to develop solutions that truly make a difference in people’s lives.
