WHAT YOU WILL DO: Monitor delivery operations; Assist in goods verification and driver return-to-route procedures; Reconcile expense reports; Prepare and update control spreadsheets such as performance indicators, goal achievement tracking, etc.; Analyze performance metrics and reports to develop strategies for optimizing route time.
