Monitoring and control of results **Responsibilities and Duties** Conduct and propose analyses according to the schedule of fixed activities and requirements from Planning and Executive Management; Post individual and consolidated management results based on accounting, financial, and other validated sources; Continuously monitor costs, expenses, and revenues; Aggregate financial, accounting, and economic data for feasibility studies upon request from leadership, gathering information and compiling data in collaboration with directors and other managers; Support the development of business improvement plans and economic and financial feasibility of projects; Monitor action plans, verifying with managers which actions have been executed and whether they are yielding results, maintaining control over completed tasks; Perform other related duties assigned by immediate leadership. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences; Intermediate-level Excel and Power BI knowledge; Experience in Strategic Planning; Experience in dashboard development; Active CRC registration. **Additional Information** **Work Location:** Belo Horizonte/MG **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00. **Salary:** R$ 5\.000,00 **Benefits** Transportation allowance; Meal allowance; Health insurance; Dental insurance; Life insurance; Various partnerships and agreements; Internal programs.
