LIVE! is seeking a dynamic and committed professional to assume the position of Incentive-Based Projects Analyst in our company. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Project Management, Cultural Production, or related fields. * Experience supporting the development and reporting of incentive-based projects in sports and/or culture. * Familiarity with tax incentive legislation and implementation and control regulations. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong written communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team. **Responsibilities:** * Support the development of incentive-based projects for submission under incentive laws (Sports Incentive Law, Rouanet Law, PROAC, and other mechanisms). * Assist in structuring work plans, physical\-financial schedules, and budgets according to legal requirements. * Support monitoring of the financial and budgetary execution of approved projects. \- Support the organization, verification, and preparation of partial and final reports. * Assist in analyzing and validating fiscal documents, contracts, payment receipts, and execution reports. * Perform entries, updates, and monitoring in official systems (SALIC, Transferegov, and similar). * Record invoices for activities and services related to the sports marketing team. * Support responding to inquiries, notifications, and technical requests from regulatory agencies. * Assist in processes involving project realignment, extensions, and budget adjustments. * Support preparing technical and financial reports for public agencies, sponsors, and auditors. * Provide support to applicants, producers, and internal teams regarding procedures and requirements for incentive-based projects. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Practical experience in reporting at different project stages (partial and final). * Experience supporting compliance with deadlines and requirements set by regulatory agencies. * Basic or intermediate knowledge of budgetary control and financial reconciliation for incentive-based projects. * Ability to handle large volumes of documentation and multiple projects simultaneously. * Experience working in environments with structured processes, checklists, and administrative routines. * Interest in or affinity for sports and culture sectors.
