Responsibilities: * **Conduct market research:** Identify and qualify potential suppliers; * **Issue quotations:** Send budget requests and collect proposals; * **Compare proposals:** Prepare comparative price and condition charts; * **Conduct commercial negotiations:** Adjust prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms; * **Manage contracts:** Formalize agreements with strategic partners; * **Approve partners:** Technically evaluate the quality of new suppliers; * **Maintain internal coordination:** Align operational requirements with internal stakeholders; * **Follow up on orders:** Track and chase in-transit shipments; * **Operate ERP systems:** Enter requisitions and manage data in tools such as SAP; * **Develop performance indicators (KPIs):** Generate performance and service-level reports for the department; * **Identify bottlenecks:** Locate opportunities to optimize supply chain flows. Requirements: * **Bachelor’s degree completed;** * **Experience in procurement;** * **Advanced Excel skills;** * **SAP knowledge is a plus.** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
