Join our team! **\#VIBRA \#SOMOSNAT** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Break down, schedule, and implement goals established in managerial action plans, defining activity timelines, quantifying required raw materials and inputs; * Provide information support to managerial staff departments; * Establish and monitor compliance with technical standards for the production process, defining performance indicators, controlling and monitoring process and product quality; * Allocate resources according to production planning, verifying inventory control of products and inputs, inspecting machinery and equipment conditions, and requesting maintenance as needed; * Prepare reports and spreadsheets, performing critical data analysis to verify and improve the production process; * Review process and product control records, identifying non-conformities, proposing and implementing corrective actions, and analyzing their outcomes; * Support development of established maintenance and hygiene plans, supervising related activities; * Develop manuals, operational procedures, and technical opinions, indicating and verifying compliance; * Prepare training materials, teach work techniques and production safety practices; * Establish measures to reduce waste and rework, aiming to improve efficiency; * Delegate tasks and responsibilities, assign personnel based on skills and the production process involved, evaluate performance, manage vacation schedules, days off, overtime, participate in recruitment and termination processes, and determine employee training needs; * Conduct meetings and presentations, guiding, informing, and holding the team accountable for achieving company goals, complying with internal policies and applicable legislation; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection regulations; * Supervise third-party services within assigned areas; * Comply with Halal requirements; * Perform area-specific duties, supporting the company by participating responsibly in ethical, lawful, and legitimate food production, committed to continuously improving safety culture, food quality, and environmental stewardship; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical degree in Refrigeration or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; * Postgraduate studies in the field will be considered an advantage; * Proven experience in the area; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Experience in team management; **Additional Information** * Must reside in Soledade/RS; * Chartered transportation; * On-site cafeteria; ABOUT **VIBRA FOODS** With a national presence and exports to over 70 countries, the company combines tradition and innovation to deliver top-quality chicken protein.
