Profile characterized by organization, proactivity, and resilience **SUPPORT ANALYST** **Job Description:** Responsibilities: Provide timely, clear, and secure support for ERP users' needs; Manage ERP users, access levels, and permission profiles; Monitor, review, test, and implement ERP version updates. **Requirements:** Requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Data Analysis, Data Science, or related fields; Relevant work experience; Proficiency in Oracle programming languages: PL/SQL, SQL Developer; Familiarity with Sankhya system is desirable; Organization, proactivity, and resilience complete the profile. **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Work Schedule:** Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 / 13:15 to 17:45. **Benefits:** Salary ranging from R$ 1.800,00 to R$ 2.000,00.
